Every Muslim should read the Arabic text of the Qur'anic verses in their proper form because minor diacritical changes might alter the meaning of Arabic words. Therefore, Darussalam has developed this edition of the Noble Qur'an, inserting the transliteration of the Noble verses together with their translation, to assist those readers and reciters who are not very familiar with the Arabic language or who are unable to read Arabic. In this sense, it is hoped that this presentation would be quite beneficial. PRIOR Peace be upon Muhammad, the Master of the Messengers, and all glory and gratitude belong to Allah, the Lord of Alamin (humanity, the Jinn, and everything else). The following modifications have been made to this understanding of the Noble Qur'anic meanings: 1. The English interpretation of each verse has been included individually. 2. In accordance with the directives of the Vice-Chancellor of the Islamic University, the Arabic text of the Noble Qur'an was taken from Mushaf Al-Madinah An-Nabawiyyah, which was printed by the Mujamma' of King Fahd of Saudi Arabia for the printing of Al-Mushaf Ash-Sharif in the year 1405 A.H., rather than the old Arabic text of the previous print of this book, which was printed in the United States and Turkey by the Turkish calligrapher Sheikh Hamid Al-Amadi. 3. Chapters and Ahadith from Sahih Al-Bukhari and other Ahadith collections have been added to and removed. 4. To improve the English translation and get the English interpretation as close as possible to the precise and accurate meanings of the Arabic text, some additions, adjustments, and changes have been made. 5. This edition of the interpretation of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an has an additional column that gives readers the translation and transcription of the Arabic verses. With the aid of transliteration, it is hoped that readers would be able to recite the Noble Verses more accurately.
